In 2020, Linda received the devastating news that her incurable secondary breast cancer had spread, within weeks after returning home from filming with her singing sisters for their hit TV series The Nolans Go Cruising.
Vowing to not go without a fight, Linda has grasped the nettle with both hands and to mark her upcoming 62nd birthday, is now achieving one of her ultimate dreams, launching her own spirits brand, Hudson’s!
Enlisting the help of award-winning York-based distillery Sloemotion, Linda has created Hudson’s first offering, our Passion Fruit & Watermelon Gin - a deliciously dry gin, distilled traditionally and blended perfectly with organic wonder-foods passionfruit and watermelon, to create one smooth, sensational pour-filler that will get you In The Mood!
Linda says: “It’s a real thrill to be launching my own business. I want to show people that it’s never too late to fulfil your dreams. I can’t wait for everyone to try the gin and hope they fall in love with our first offering!
Creating the brand with my manager and enlisting the help of Sloemotion has been a joy and fascinating learning experience for me.”
